How to Reset Your Nusenda Password
- Go to nusenda.org or open the app and select Forgot Password.
- Enter your username and request a Secure Access Code by text, call or email.
- Type the six-digit code within five minutes to verify your identity.
- Create a new password that meets the security requirements and submit.

Forgot Username
You chose your username during enrollment. If you can't recall it, call 505-889-7755 to verify your identity and recover it.
Account Locked
After several incorrect attempts your login may lock. Reset your password to restore access, or call 800-347-2838 to unlock.
Secure Access Code
Codes are valid for five minutes. If yours expires or doesn't arrive, request a new one or confirm your contact info is current.

Remember: Nusenda will never ask for your full password or a Secure Access Code by phone, text or email. If someone does, hang up and call Member Services directly.
