How to Log In to Nusenda Online Banking
Follow these five steps to sign in to Nusenda Credit Union Internet Banking on any device.
- Open your browser and go to nusenda.org, then locate the Internet Banking login box at the top of the page.
- Enter your Username. First-time users select New User to enroll.
- Type your password and choose Log In.
- If prompted on a new device, confirm your identity with a one-time Secure Access Code sent by text, call or email.

Your username is the one you created during enrollment. If you can't recall it, call 505-889-7755 to verify your identity and recover access.

Go to nusenda.org and find the Internet Banking login box at the top of the page. Enter your Username and password, then select Log In. You can also sign in with the Nusenda CU Mobile Banking app on iOS and Android.
Open the Mobile Banking app or the Internet Banking login box and click New User. Enter your information so Nusenda can verify your identity, request a Secure Access Code, validate the code, then create a password and accept the terms.
A Secure Access Code is a one-time six-digit code Nusenda sends by text message, phone call or email to confirm your identity on a new device. It is valid for five minutes; request a new one if it expires.
On the login box select Forgot Password, verify your identity with a Secure Access Code, then create a new password. You can also call 505-889-7755 (800-347-2838 outside the Albuquerque area).
Your login may lock after several incorrect attempts as a security measure. Use Forgot Password to reset access, or call Nusenda at 505-889-7755 to unlock your account.
