What You'll Need
- An active Nusenda Credit Union membership and account. Not a member yet? Become a member first — no monthly fees.
- Your personal information so Nusenda can match it to your account record.
- Access to the phone number or email on file to receive your one-time Secure Access Code.

Nusenda New User Enrollment Steps
Open the Mobile Banking app or the Internet Banking login box on nusenda.org and select New User to begin.
- Start. In the app or login box, tap New User to open the enrollment screen.
- Enter information. Provide the required details. They're compared to your contact information on file, then click Continue.
- Secure Access Code. Choose a delivery method — text, phone call or email — for your one-time code.
- Validate. Enter the six-digit code within five minutes and submit. If it expires, request a new one.
- Create password. Set a strong password that meets the listed security requirements.
- Review. Check your online profile, make any edits, and submit.
- Accept Terms. Read and accept the Online & Mobile Banking Terms of Service. Choose to register your device to skip future codes on it.
